Empathy Mapping looks very interesting! Thanks for sharing Chris. I’ll look more into it and I’ll keep it in mind next time I’m filling in an ML Canvas.

You may have some ideas for the features component upfront, in cases such as house value prediction for example (number of bedrooms, surface, etc. seem obvious). Other cases might be harder.

I’m planning Part II with more info on how to fill in the canvas and what info to provide in each block…
